How we handle the information you send us

We collect very little, we do not sell any of it, and most of what we hold is simply the contents of an email or intake form you chose to send us.

In Short
  • We do not sell or rent personal information.
  • We collect what you type into a form, plus basic server logs.
  • Program data you share stays confidential to the engagement.
  • You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.

Summary only — the numbered clauses below govern.

01

Information we collect

When you submit a consultation request or contact form, we receive the fields you completed. That typically means your name, role, organization, email address, and an optional phone number, together with the description of your program and the problem you want solved.

Our hosting provider also records ordinary technical information for every visit, such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamps. This is standard server logging used to keep the site available and to identify abuse.

02

Information we do not collect

We do not process payments on this website, so we never receive card numbers or bank details through it. We do not ask for government identifiers, health records, or precise device location.

We do not run advertising networks, cross-site tracking pixels, or behavioural profiling on this site.

03

How we use it

We use what you send us to reply to your inquiry, to prepare for a first conversation, and to decide honestly whether your problem is one we are equipped to solve. If it is not, we tell you so rather than booking a call.

  • Responding to consultation and contact requests.
  • Preparing scoping notes ahead of a scheduled call.
  • Maintaining records of engagements and correspondence.
  • Meeting legal, tax, and professional record-keeping duties.
04

Program and field data

Surveillance records, trap counts, treatment logs, and similar operational data belong to your program, not to us. We treat them as confidential to the engagement and use them only for the analysis you asked for.

Where we publish methods or aggregate observations, we de-identify them first and we ask for written permission before naming a jurisdiction or partner.

05

Who we share it with

We share information with service providers who help us operate, such as our website host and email provider, and only to the extent needed to deliver that service. We may disclose information where the law compels us to.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not hand your program data to equipment manufacturers or other third parties for their own use.

06

How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept while they remain useful for context and then deleted. Records tied to an actual engagement are retained for as long as our professional and legal obligations require.

07

Your choices

You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete an inquiry. Write to the office address or email below and we will act on reasonable requests. Some records must be retained where law or professional duty requires it, and we will say so if that applies.

08

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted transport and access limited to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please do not send highly sensitive material through a web form. Ask us for a secure transfer method instead.

09

International visitors

This site is operated from the United States. If you contact us from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the United States under United States law, which may differ from the protections available where you live.

10

Changes and contact

If we revise this policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Questions about privacy should go to the office by email or phone using the details in the footer of every page.
