Field intelligence

Surveillance is only useful if it produces records a program can compare. We design monitoring networks, field documentation, and habitat mapping so that observations from different inspectors, sites, and seasons can be read against each other. That means controlled vocabulary for condition fields, stated reasons for every monitoring location, and forms sized for actual field use.

AI-assisted planning

Most programs hold more information than they can review. AI-assisted analysis organizes that material, summarizes long-form field notes, compares locations and periods, and assembles prioritized review lists. Every output is decision support, carries the records behind it, and requires confirmation from qualified personnel before it influences a field decision.

Equipment solutions

Equipment decisions are made under time pressure and their consequences last for years. We work from operational requirements rather than product catalogs: habitat, target species, service frequency, crew size, transport, and storage. Kits are defined by contents list so every site starts from the same configuration, and consumables are planned rather than improvised.

Long-running programs accumulate practices nobody chose. We review operations as they are actually run, identify where documentation, routing, equipment use, or reporting lose effectiveness, and sequence improvements by impact and feasibility. Findings are prioritized against what a program can realistically change in the next cycle.
